It’s a Miracle, Really!

Recently, a writer/friend, Jim Croft, was encouraging us to: “Obey God by following your passion for ministry.” I ditto that! God’s heart (our passion/calling) will flow from our blessed niche.

One of my “flows” is when writing. As thoughts and concepts pour, it seems like there’s a different person in my head. Well, it sort of is…and isn’t, but I’m mindfully, prayerfully, transitioning into the whole, which is the point of this musing: to be all that I am, all of the time. To get there, I need to go to miracles. (You understand my trails, so mentally bookmark “to be all that I am, all of the time.”)

To me, a miracle is a perception.PHOTO ALIGN yourself with the LIGHT

“Perception: a capacity for comprehension…consciousness (obsolete)” ~Merriam-Webster.com

“Consciousness: the condition of being conscious…the normal state of being awake and able to understand what is happening around you” ~Merriam-Webster.com

We miss miracles, every day, because we’re preoccupied with the next thing, distracted from the present, “(un)able to understand what is happening around…;”unperceiving. But, when we’re actively “awake,” looking for them, here’s what can happen:

My regular hairstylist (across the street) was out of town, so I called another for a home visit. She was on vacation, but said she would be available to me on a certain day.

After our meet-and-greet, I instructed her to layer my hair in the back—to give volume to my flat back-of-the-head (my mother was really busy and didn’t remember, or didn’t know, to re-position my head during sleep in infancy). She informed me of her healing ministry, and with my permission, started laying her hands A-L-L over my head, feeling, praying, waiting.
A further benefit of taking this purchase generic viagra deeprootsmag.org medication is the minimal side effects.

For an hour, we ooh and aahed at God moving my skull. I could feel heat and tingling as it expanded, rounded, even smoothed out the bumpy 100-stitch boomerang scar—from the hairline of my right temple, up the temporal bone, around to the parietal and down 2-3 inches. (Since my wreck/SCI injury, I’ve had to part my hair on the left, so that my hair fullness would fall over/conceal the slight concave of my right parietal area.)

Prior to my calling her, she knew of my disability. Although she was on vacation, and doesn’t normally do house calls, she was awake to her ministry, and perceptive to God’s desire to pour out His love on me. She made herself available.

Back to me, “to be all that I am, all of the time.” Several times she cupped her hands around the upper sides of my head—the parietal lobes where words are transferred into thoughts (the mass of my scar). When she prayed for the correction of my faulty skull DNA, I asked for cellular repair!

In my July 2nd “Cyndex,” I confessed to disrupted synapses. Not only is my head now wonderfully round, but I’m also expecting fluidity in my expressions!!!

God LOVES to confound the “wise” with “foolish” things. (I Corinthians 1:27)

AFFIRM: “Lord, use me today. I’m available. Awaken my sleeping ears and slumbering spirit. My soul thirsts for You.”

Life and Crossword Puzzles

Are you stuck with no idea of what to do. No clue for your next move?

I think life is much like a crossword puzzle. Specific to each of us amidst the game, God designed a list of tasks. Our tasks intersect with other player’s “list of tasks,” like the “Across” and “Down.” At the juncture/square where we figure out the vertical and horizontal clues, with satisfaction we move on to the next task…as we do in the seasons of our lives.

I’m a BIG fan of crossword puzzles and always have a book nearby! Crossword puzzles entertain and exercise the brain. Whether easy or difficult, over time, they strengthen intellect, improve problem-solving skills, concentration, and memory, with the serendipitous benefit of increasing vocabulary and conversation skills. Hmmm.

If communication is a key to success in life then, these communication skills “cross” over with customers, fellow workers, managers, and loved ones to figure out, work through, and complete designated tasks.

When conscientiously reaching for the answers to life’s clues, satisfaction is inevitable…oh, and yeah: frustration is also an inevitability.
Order propecia online now and check if there are any problems in your relationship, then until you solve those issues you are unlikely to enjoy sexual activity by just popping a pill. purchase generic cialis look at here sildenafil was approved by the FDA in 1998.

Like the frustration of uncompleted tasks/unfilled-in squares that lead to dead ends with no solutions, error is a fact of life.  All you can do is: learn from it, let it go, and start anew each day. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Love Is Energy

I keep harping on the importance of thoughts; reason being that research varies about mental processing for “advertising message retention.”

To positively influence the purchase of a brand/product (in my case, an idea, a thought) some say that “viewers” will forget a message unless it’s often (up to 20 times) repeated.

So, I’m “reiterating” for your health: love. Let judgment go! Holding on to past offenses wrecks havoc on mental AND physical health.

While innocently going about your daily routine, is it not rude for the memory of another’s past action, word, or “imagined offense” to menacingly pop up on your mental screen?! How dare your thoughts! But really, it’s a heart thing.

Out walking, a group of monks were practicing monastic silence, and mindfulness—being aware. Approaching a muddy watery bridge, they came upon a young woman dressed in a kimono, hesitant to cross over. So, one of the monks picked her up and carried her across.

Four hours later, one of the other monks broke his silence with, “You shouldn’t have done that.”

“What?” asked the monk.

“You know we’re not to touch women.”

“Are you still carrying her? I put her down 4 hours ago.”

By dwelling in the past for 4 hours, mentally ruminating the compassionate monk’s action, the judgmental monk not only sacrificed his peace and joy, but also the afforded delights along the way.

AFFIRM: “I am a conduit of forgiveness. My gift is love.”

Dangerous Mental Gymnastics

Are you worn out by mental gymnastics: queues of running thoughts jumping from must-do, should’ve-done or said, hoops of self-defamation, back-bending somersaults of other’s downfalls, racing anger, hurdles of hate, marathons of unforgiveness, and Olympic pools of shame and guilt? Unlike the resultant skill, strength, and endurance of athletes-in-training, these toxic thoughts and emotions cause illnesses when not released. They literally poison our bodies.

Modern medicine tends to look only at and treat the physiological functions of the body; but as far back as Hippocrates, it was accepted that emotions strongly affected the internal organs. For some reason, the association between our internal dialogues, conditioned from what we’ve heard others say about us, and their triggered emotions, hasn’t registered.

No emotion is inherently good or bad, unless it becomes chronic. Experiencing a gamut of emotions is normal throughout one’s lifetime. It’s when they’re not processed properly, and we get stuck in them, that they can become negative and destructive.

According to Kari Browning, Director of New Renaissance Healing & Creativity Center:

“Medical research has found that 75% to 95% of the illnesses that plague us today are a direct result of our thought life. What we think about affects us physically and emotionally. We make ourselves sick if we do not release toxic emotions and thoughts. When we experience trauma, we store that memory in our body and it can cause physical illness. When we release trapped emotions, we can begin to heal.”

And, according to Dr. Caroline Leaf, “toxic waste generated by toxic thoughts causes the following illnesses: diabetes, cancer, asthma, skin problems and allergies, to name just a few.”

Consider these findings:

Grief is stored in the lungs. Restriction of air flow, asthma, and bronchial conditions are attributed to its sadness.

It greatly increases the blood circulation to remove the blood stasis, inducing diuretic for cheapest viagra https://www.supplementprofessors.com/cialis-6811.html treating strangurtia, and these main three functions can just solve patients’ problems with interstitial cystitis.

Emotional shock is stored in the heart. Problems sleeping, confused thinking, even hysteria and psychosis can result in extreme cases.

Fear and shock are stored in the kidneys and adrenals. Extreme fear will cause immediate urination, but urinary tract disorders, incontinence, and lower back pain results. Also, bed-wetting in children is associated to insecurity. When the adrenals are stressed, memory and learning are impaired, and the body’s ability to repair itself is compromised.

Anger stores in the liver; the “red face” leads to headaches. Resentment, frustration, irritability, and guilt follow, which suppresses the immune system. If the overflow of anger effects the spleen, there will be indigestion, and diarrhea.

Worry/anxiety (over-pensiveness), dwells in the spleen. Gastric disturbances, poor appetite and forgetting to eat, elevated blood pressure, weakened immunity, and a tendency toward phlegm and colds occur. These mental gymnastics, or too much obsessing over a topic, can even infiltrate dreams at night.

According to the CDC: “For every one prescription painkiller death there are 10 treated admissions for abuse, 32 emergency department visits for misuse or abuse, 130 people who abuse or are dependent, and 825 non-medical users.”

Toxic emotions and their prescribed pharmaceuticals are poisoning us. If you’re interested in using essential oils on your journey toward health and wholeness, message me at cynthia.white@ah-haventures.com or go to https://www.youngliving.org/4Wholeness

Earthing: Barefootin’s Benefits

Okay, spring is here. We may still have some temperature dips, but this is a Health Alert about going barefoot; not that it’s bad for you. This is an announcement that it’s good for you!

I remember the good ol’ days when it was acceptable to go barefoot. In fact, my shoes (and books) remained where they were flung after hopping off the school bus on my way to shimmy up a pear tree or climb to the top of the barn! Shoes were an encumbrance to my speed and a major impedance to my climbing skills. And as important: my feet needed to breathe!

The benefits of barefootin’ was the topic of this month’s newsletter, “Chariot Notes,” that went out this past Wednesday.  For those of you not on my mailing list, here’s a smattering…and then some.

Since the invention of plastics in the 60’s, there’s been an increase of inflammation-related health disorders. We moved from leather-soled shoes, and wooden floors, to synthetic-soled shoes, synthetic carpets, and linoleum, which left our bodies depleted of electrons! Our autoimmune systems have become compromised. “Earthing,” or walking barefoot, reduces oxidative stress.

The earth naturally carries a negative ionic charge, so when we are grounded with the earth, free radicals are neutralized in your body. It has been proven that negative ions not only detoxify and calm the body, but also reduce stress and inflammation.

A second benefit is reflexology. Because there are reflex points corresponding to every organ in the body on the soles of our feet, barefooting offers a free reflexology session…helping to relieve what ails ya’. If there’s initial tenderness, it will subside as your body adjusts.

In addition, going barefoot offers a dual reprieve from a fast-paced lifestyle. First, you’re out-and-away from business, taking an opportunity to unwind. At the same time, you must be present, giving attention to where you step, living in the moment. And, research has proven a 62% decrease in anxiety and depression, increasing those feel-good endorphins. Simply quieting the mental chatter relaxes the mind, body, and spirit.

What’s the big deal about “the loved that (viagra no prescription) little blue pill”? It’s simple: When it works as intended, disambiguation causes a man who is sexually stimulated to get erection.
Whether walking in the grass, on the bare earth, or in the sand, connect with Mother Nature, and her Creator. Feel the warm sunshine on your face. Smell the flowers. Listen to the wind in the trees, and the bird’s enchanting songs. How wondrous are our senses!

Even now, I go barefoot from April through October. Maybe I can’t pound the earth with my feet, but I can prop them up on rocks, or tree roots, while I tune in to earth’s harmony and commune with my Father. Sometimes, I even extend my legs and slide down in my chair just to feel the cool grass under my toes.

Remember, I’m from Tennessee. You can take the country bumpkin out of Tennessee, but you can’t take the country bumpkin-ness out of this Tennessean. (To read about my superintendent reprimanding me for going barefoot in the “My Daisy Dukes” chapter of Views From My Chariot, you can order it here http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html or off Amazon.com.

So today, for your health and happiness, I’m suggesting a barefoot stroll. Be rejuvenated!

Journey to Wholeness-VII “Solar Plexus Chakra (Personal Power-I WILL)”

During WWII, Eleanor Roosevelt suggested, “Do one scary thing a day.” By “scary,” she didn’t mean playing chicken with an oncoming car. She was suggesting learning something new—a language, a sport, a musical instrument, or practice something you’ve learned and haven’t utilized. It doesn’t have to be difficult or dangerous, just different. Challenging yourself to overcome fears increases your self-confidence, self-worth, and personal power. I mentioned 3 of my fears in the chapter, “Facing Fears,” of my first book Views From My Chariot…. http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html

The Lumbar or Solar Plexus Chakra represents personal power and will. When open, self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-control are actualized. Located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area, when it’s closed, digestive problems may occur (constipation, ulcers, parasites, colitis). Nervousness, feelings of powerlessness, and a victim mentality may distort feelings of worthiness.

The Law of Intention and Desire governs this chakra. Be conscious and aware of your goals.

The Road Not Taken
The Road…Taken

“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are going.” ~Lao Tzu

Can you give your full attention and map out your direction to an unspecified goal or desire? Make clear your intention (or you may be surprised by their fruit), then nourish its seeds for them to manifest.

Mental exercises and positive affirmations can reverse negative momentum.  Florence Scovel SHINN’s book, Your Word Is Your Wand, is resplendent with affirmations for success.

Read self-help and informative books to stimulate this energy, like my Views From My Chariot  http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html and HOW TO BE THE BEST YOU  http://booklocker.com/books/6811.htm .

It’s time for a “You say w-h-a-t?!” Remember Superman’s hands-on-hips stance and Wonder Woman’s twirl with extended arms, then hands-on-hips? They’re power positions. They portray strength and tell the body to produce testosterone. Girl Scout’s honor!

With shoulders back, position your feet about shoulder width apart (just sitting up straight with fists on hips works if you’re in a wheelchair), place closed fists on your hips, and say: “I AM STRONG. I AM CONFIDENT. I AM VICTORIOUS.” These are empowering affirmations.

The musical note “E” can open this energy center. Wind chimes tuned to E are delightful do-it-yourselfers.

Since yellow is associated with this chakra, stroll in the sunshine, invest in a yellow sweater, socks, or citrine ring. Add bananas, yellow peppers, yellow lentils, yellow squash, corn, and chamomile tea to your diet.

Use yellow essential oils, such as revitalizing and uplifting Lemon, #3578 ($14.80 for 15-ml). Lemon is researched to quell nerves, digestive problems, and gives a lift to emotions. Journey to Wholeness VI: Sacral Chakra (I Feel)

Oprah talks about life as a class. I’ve recognized its share of tests. Whatever your assignment in life, don’t sweep anger, disappointment, and depression under the rug of denial. The energy it takes to fuel anger and unforgiveness wreaks havoc on our bodies, is emotionally destructive, and opens us up to spiritual confusion. (Did you know that anger affects your liver? http://www.greekmedicine.net/hygiene/Emotions_and_Organs.html )

The Creative or Sacral Chakra connects us to our sensing abilities, issues accepting others and new experiences, our sexuality, vitality, and creativity. ALL about our right to feel!

Artist from memory (Tom Hale)

When this chakra is open: we’re social, compatible, have the ability for intimacy, enjoy a sense of well-being, abundance, and creativity. It’s energy fuels the creative force that enables you as an artist, builder, chef, crafter, organizer, speaker, writer, etc. It empowers you to create a life of love and abundance. Each day, you co-create your life anew. When closed: imbalances may be impotency, frigidity, urinary tract problems, allergies, lower back issues, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, and eating disorders.

Jumper cables to help energy flow from the Sacral Chakra are water aerobics, aromatic baths, massage, or a “Raindrop Technique” by a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist (CRTS). After one of these, I feel relaxed, yet energized.

The musical note “D” and decrees of “I listen to my gut feelings. I feel my feelings. I love my feelings. I am faith, hope, and love expressed.” help stimulate sacral energy.

Orange represents the Sacral Chakra. I LOVE orange! I wear it, use it in accent colors, and eat lots of carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, oranges, and salmon.

Young Living’s Essential Oil Trauma Life #6350 ($64.47, or $49 member price, for 5ml retail) is an oil blend that D. Gary Young, the founder of Young Living, created at Steven Seagal’s request for his work in hospital trauma centers. It can cleanse and release emotional trauma from accidents, assault, abuse, loved one’s death, etc. It may relieve anger, fatigue, and stresses that compromise the immune system. https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness

(Due to the fact that one essential oil contains hundreds of biochemicals, and that each person’s body chemistry is different, one essential oil can be used in many situations. And, because of their “strong bioactive constituents,” some oils should not be used on babies, children, or pets.)

Journey to Wholeness (IV) I AM GROUNDED, Foot Chakra

For me, it’s a spiritual experience when something someone relates resonates deep within; even if it’s not an immediate aha, it makes me think, “Huh?” I count it as a spiritual whisper. Sometimes, it takes not getting a concept to inspire questioning. You don’t know what you don’t know until you realize you don’t know. You know?

I desire my “conversations” do that for you. Stay open-minded. Each “next article” is built upon the last, with a week in between for settling and practice.

Grounding earthing

Usually omitted in the charted chakras is the Foot Chakra. It’s really the first and represents our foundation, the feeling of being grounded. It’s our ability to walk the walk.

If the Foot Chakra is closed, you may feel ungrounded and confused, even tired, irritable, and unreasonable. Integration with others and understanding other’s points of view is challenged. In extreme cases, there may be destructive behavior, super-sized temper tantrums. As a result, people may avoid and doubt you.

If you feel uncertain, when life serves up lemons or, the other extreme, when mundane activities interfere with your energy release, the Foot Chakra may be/become blocked.

Any workout or increase in activity will help return energy to its status quo. Take nature walks (earthing/grounding), jog, or jump rope. Smell the earth. Play in dirt; gardening can be transformational meditation.

If your MO is a wheelchair, have someone assist you by placing your feet on the ground, even pound them against the earth. (Here are some “earthing” products that may be of interest https://www.earthing.com/ ) If this isn’t feasible, go quantum: think and envisioning yourself earthing. While you’re at it, you might as well Dance Like No One is Watching!

The color Brown represents the Foot Chakra. Wear it. Look at it. Eat it.

For having a perfect and definite erection a person must make sure that the blood is passing to the penis properly. purchase cialis djpaulkom.tv

As for “eating it:” eat root vegetables like potatoes and turnips; raw or boiled non-GMO peanuts; brown and black rice. Season with ground Cumin (get it?), and nutmeg. Treat yourself to dark chocolate, rich in flavonoids and can aid in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.

Remember brown molasses? Molasses (“light”–first boiling, “dark”–second boiling, “blackstrap”–third boiling and has the greatest health benefits) is made from sugar cane, sugar beets, sorghum, carobs or dates. I drowned my mother’s handmade biscuits with this hearty syrup.

Also, remember molasses is sugar. When something sweet calls your name, EAT FRUIT. Your body is communicating its need for sugar–natural unadulterated sugar for brain support. Have you noticed sugar cravings when you are taxed or stressed? Glucose prevents brain tissue scarring from these experiences. “Comfort food” is not “soul food.” Although, soul food does emotionally and physically comfort your body…the best preventative to taking drugs!

Concerning drugs, and the perfect segue into essential oils, I recently read this:

“While synthetic drugs are simplified, isolated compounds, (essential) oils are complex structures that vary slightly from batch to batch. This means that while pathogens such as viruses can eventually ‘figure out’ the simplicity of drug structures, they cannot adapt to oils because they are always slightly changing.” -soundconcepts by Kari McDermott

In other words, new strains of diseases reinvent themselves to outsmart the pharmaceuticals, aka “medicines.” Essential oils are products of nature, subject to environmental influences. Because their chemistry varies year after year, they inherently outsmart drugs!

By defusing and/or applying two drops on your wrists or temples, Young Living’s Essential Oil Envision #3337 (5 ml, $24.67 retail) https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness  helps to renew faith for the future.

Applied to the back of the neck and on the temples, Grounding #3348 (5ml, $23.36 retail) https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness can help you cope with reality.

Any life upgrade requires knowledge, mindfulness, a decision, and taking action to change. DO IT! Color outside the lines!

Journey to Wholeness-Introduction

I’ve reigned from my chariot for 37 years (40 at this edit). It’s not a record, but it’s up there. In my Memoir, Views From My Chariot http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html , I use what I’ve learned to encourage, educate, and inspire others in their walk with lots of humor, hope, and a section of howtos.

My follow-up book, HOW TO BE THE BEST YOU http://booklocker.com/books/6811.html, is a creative, doable, howto be the best you, strewn with leads to discover, or recapture, your life’s purpose with passion and power to coddiwomple to your Bestdom. I finish with some tongue-in-cheek farcical facts, food fun, and playful puns.

In my “Color Me Red, Orange, and Yellow” chapter, I merely skimmed the surface of color’s influence on and importance to our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness. In my “Journey to Wholeness” series, I will expound on these color’s influence of and importance to our true power system– our body’s energy centers or Chakras. I include how sound is therapeutic and offer alternative healing tips with Young Living EOs. http://conversationswithcynthia.com/the-essentials-2/ I will also add a few of my life-upgrade coaching self-help tools for more self-empowerment..

If you’re thinking chakras sound “New Age,” in TRUTH, our energy center’s colors originated from “The Old Man” – Sam Eddy. God liked them so much, He displayed their ordered colors in His kiss of promise: the rainbow!

For clarity, I reiterate how I live my life and what I profess: I’m a conservative Christian with unconventional experiences with God; God with a capital “G.” I believe in the eternal existence of I Am (before anything was), Who IMAGINEERED and SPOKE into creation the expanse of the universes and us–“who live and move and have our BEing” (Acts 17:28). We are His Inspir-a-tion (“inspire” breathe into; “-tion” action or process of doing something), housed in a physical body–His pulsing well-spring of Life.

For awhile now, I’ve been involved with Young Living’s Essential oils and their benefits to my emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness, even for my cats. Thus said, I’m an investigative novice in body energy. I do know, ALL our life experiences are imprinted in our physical body systems and shout to us with attention-getting signs and dis-ease. Dis-ease, and those “buttons” we believe others push, are emotional memories knocking on the door of our consciousness. Awaiting our love and gratitude, they faithfully signal until we realize (see with real eyes) their message to transform our life. When all is well, awareness, health, wholeness, and vitality flow.

If your life purpose, direction, and vitality have waned or wearied, this series on empowerment is for you! It’s an invigorating B12 shot of health, hope, and wholeness!

(Normally, I keep my articles around 500-words, an easy-read. My second and third, the basis for my “Journey to Wholeness” series, will be longer.)

Until next week..
