In a way, Easter is a birthday celebration. Jesus’ calculated birth is said to have been between March 21st and May 29th, April 24th being between. As for the date we celebrate His birth, December 25th, it seems that date was borrowed from pagan holidays. It was thought that more pagans would be open to thatgod if it coincided with their holidays. So, in truth, spring marks Jesus’ birth into the world, as well as His death and resurrection out of it.
For my Easter article, and since today is Good Friday, I want to share a posting from Kari Browning, author of Unsealing Ancient Mysteries, clarifying some other misconceptions:
“In some Christian congregations, “Good Friday” is celebrated as the day Jesus was crucified. Actually, Jesus had to be crucified on a Thursday in order for Him to be in the ground three days and three nights and to rise on the first day of the week (Sunday).
For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. (Matthew 12:40)
Going by the reports, erectile cheapest cialis purchased that dysfunction is prevalent in over 52% in men aged between 40 to 79 years. 17% it is mild, while 10% cases are that of severe erection problems in men in this age bracket.
Now on the first day of the week (Sunday) Mary Magdalene went to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb. (John 20:1)
So, why do we celebrate the crucifixion on “Good Friday” if Jesus was actually crucified on a Thursday? The confusion is because the Church, for the most part, does not understand festival language or Hebraic customs.
This confusion stems from John 19:31, that states Jesus’ body had to be taken down from the cross because the next day was the Sabbath. The first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread is considered a Shabbaton (a high Sabbath). This verse wasn’t referring to the weekly Sabbath (Friday at Sundown to Saturday at Sundown), but to the high Sabbath that was on Friday, Aviv 15, that year.”
HE IS RISEN!

Okay, spring is here. We may still have some temperature dips, but this is a HealthAlert about going barefoot; not that it’s bad for you. This is an announcement that it’s good for you!
I remember the good ol’ days when it was acceptable to go barefoot. In fact, my shoes (and books) remained where they were flung after hopping off the school bus on my way to shimmy up a pear tree or climb to the top of the barn! Shoes were an encumbrance to my speed and a major impedance to my climbing skills. And as important: my feet needed to breathe!
The benefits of barefootin’ was the topic of this month’s newsletter, “Chariot Notes,” that went out this past Wednesday. For those of you not on my mailing list, here’s a smattering…and then some.
Since the invention of plastics in the 60’s, there’s been an increase of inflammation-related health disorders. We moved from leather-soled shoes, and wooden floors, to synthetic-soled shoes, synthetic carpets, and linoleum, which left our bodies depleted of electrons! Our autoimmune systems have become compromised. “Earthing,” or walking barefoot, reduces oxidative stress.
The earth naturally carries a negative ionic charge, so when we are grounded with the earth, free radicals are neutralized in your body. It has been proven that negative ions not only detoxify and calm the body, but also reduce stress and inflammation.
A second benefit is reflexology. Because there are reflex points corresponding to every organ in the body on the soles of our feet, barefooting offers a free reflexology session…helping to relieve what ails ya’. If there’s initial tenderness, it will subside as your body adjusts.
In addition, going barefoot offers a dual reprieve from a fast-paced lifestyle. First, you’re out-and-away from business, taking an opportunity to unwind. At the same time, you must be present, giving attention to where you step, living in the moment. And, research has proven a 62% decrease in anxiety and depression, increasing those feel-good endorphins. Simply quieting the mental chatter relaxes the mind, body, and spirit.
What’s the big deal about “the loved that (viagra no prescription) little blue pill”? It’s simple: When it works as intended, disambiguation causes a man who is sexually stimulated to get erection.
Whether walking in the grass, on the bare earth, or in the sand, connect with Mother Nature, and her Creator. Feel the warm sunshine on your face. Smell the flowers. Listen to the wind in the trees, and the bird’s enchanting songs. How wondrous are our senses!
Even now, I go barefoot from April through October. Maybe I can’t pound the earth with my feet, but I can prop them up on rocks, or tree roots, while I tune in to earth’s harmony and commune with my Father. Sometimes, I even extend my legs and slide down in my chair just to feel the cool grass under my toes.
Remember, I’m from Tennessee. You can take the country bumpkin out of Tennessee, but you can’t take the country bumpkin-ness out of this Tennessean. (To read about my superintendent reprimanding me for going barefoot in the “My Daisy Dukes” chapter of Views FromMy Chariot, you can order it here http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html oroff Amazon.com.
So today, for your health and happiness, I’m suggesting a barefoot stroll. Be rejuvenated!
“There is nothing you can learn from as much as a problem you cannot fully solve. Unsolved problems can be some of the greatest tormentors, but also the greatest teachers. Unsolved problems keep the mind hungry and the eyes open.” –Jonathan Zap
My intention for my “Journey to Wholeness” series is to break mindsets, stimulate curiosity, and bring enlightenment to well-being—being well physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It is a nudge to drop labels—“short, fat, narrow-minded, empty-headed, New Age.” Remain open-minded, non-judgmental of “other-mindedness.”
When we think we know the mind of God, spiritual growth is thwarted. Where is faith? If a marksman or sharpshooter cuts off his trigger finger, he has no further use of his rifle.
By his writings, it seems that Nietzsche lost his faith at the age of 20. Regarding such, here is what he wrote in a letter to his sister: “Hence the ways of men part: if you wish to strive for peace of soul and pleasure, then believe; if you wish to be a devotee of truth, then inquire…”
Was that his last hypothesis after meeting God, again? Who are we to judge?
My point: if you have allowed disappointment from the actions, words, or behaviors of another human being, that’s no reason to throw in the towel on all humanity. The same goes for not receiving the answer you desired from your prayers, life plan, or religion. Continue seeking answers to these “unresolved problems.” Like Zap said, use them as your teachers.
It’s been a week since my series ended. I feel a responsibility to keep your brain from going mushy, so-o-o the last link in my article is to help you keep a hungrymind and openeyes.
Here are a couple of the author’s quotes (Gary ‘Z’ McGee, taken from his “Waking Times”) to prime your mind:
“From microcosm to macrocosm we are infinite beings perceiving an infinite reality using finite faculties.” (That’s us humans trying to figure out the universes, using our mere intellect—devoid of spirituality.)
It is helpful in treatment of secretworldchronicle.com generico levitra on line male barrenness.
“Atoms consist of 99.9999999% empty space. That means: everything from the chair you’re sitting on, the computer you’re staring at, even you, are only .000000001% there.” (If you read this for the second time, and no one’s there to witness it, does that mean you’re not there either? Huh?!)
Okay, back to another dimension. Here’s a two-minute exert of theoretical physicist, Dr. Michio Kaku (my second favorite physicist, after “Mysteries of the Universe” narrator, Brian Cox, on the Science Channel), answering Andre Lapiere’s question: “Are there only three dimensions in other universes or could there be more?”
If any of this intrigues you, here’s a DEEP, humorous rabbit hole…one curious click after another. Be forewarned:
“You are traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination. Next stop, the Twilight Zone!” (Season 3 of TwilightZone-introduction by Rod Serling)
The Crown Chakra represents our spiritual connection to a higher power, understanding and comprehending our ability to commune with the Divine, to God. Its location is at the top of the head, slightly to the back.
When mastering the lower chakras and their vibrational aspects, we become aware that we’re spiritual beings living a human existence. With no spiritual base, imbalances can range from joining cultic groups for guidance to ego-mania.
God created us in His image, from His Divine nature. Like a magnet, we’re (super) naturally drawn to higher electromagnetic fields OR to the spiritual deficit: uninspired atheism!
This chakra corresponds to the pineal and pituitary gland, located directly beneath it.
You can open your Crown Chakra by dreaming. Focus on your life dreams. Write them down, and make a plan to achieve them.
The note “B” and the toning of “ē,” as in bee, balance the crown chakra.
The color amethyst is associated with The Crown Chakra. Amethyst, alexandrite, and diamonds are wonderful. (Diamonds remind us of our spiritual focus, enhance clarity of thought, and draw toxins from the physical body.)
The pineal gland is MAJOR in your life purpose. According to the Steadman’s Medical dictionary, the pineal gland is known as the “Epiphysis” gland. (Remind you of something?)
The American diet is full of pineal gland “calcifiers,” like carbonated beverages and fluoridated water. Avoid fluoridated water! Fluoride filters, distillers, and reverse-osmosis filters are available for removing fluoride from drinking water.
Therefore what are you waiting for? Go ahead generic cialis over at this unica-web.com and create your search nowadays solely.
White and herbal teas may be better for you because black and green teas are “incredibly efficient at absorbing fluoride from the environment and then releasing it into your body, preventing proper iodine absorption.” Drink responsibly…organic teas, please.
Idaho Blue Spruce #3093 (5-ml at $37.83 retail or $28.75 member price) is another amazing Young Living Essential Oil! Not only does its potent oxygenating quality open the pineal gland that becomes calcified/blocked because of chemical and other toxins, it helps release emotional trauma.
Sacred Frankincense #3550 (5 ml at $55.59 retail, $42.29 member price) is the holy oil of the Middle East, with over 52 references in the Bible. It increases spiritual awareness and enhances communication with The Creator, as does Frankincense. Dan Keskey calls Frankincense “our divine nature activator.” https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness
Suggested application for both of these oils is at the top of the foot (between the first and 2nd toe) and/or at the middle of the forehead at the hair line. These are body and brain pressure points.
I know this series has been a lot to take in for many of you. My desire is to shine a light on common misconceptions about spirituality and on what I believe is God’s original “medicine”–essential oils, specifically those formulated by Dr. Gary Young of Young Living.
I wish you ALL health, happiness, and harmony within your body and with each other. Please remember and appreciate the wonders of the earth that sustain us.
God bless your journey to wholeness!
In basicsummary: “The Law of Pure Potentiality governs the seventh chakra. When your roots are receiving nourishment from the earth in the first chakra, your creative juices are flowing in the second, your intentions are empowered in the third, your heart is open and exchanging love with those around you in the fourth, you are spontaneously expressing your highest self in the fifth, you are in touch with your inner voice in the sixth, only then, does energy move into the crown chakra and you remember your essential nature as infinite and unbounded…you know yourself as a spiritual being temporarily localized to a body and mind.” ~Depok Chopra

Remember the 1998 movie, “CityofAngels?” Angel Seth took his new friend/past angel to the angel’s gathering place on the beach to watch the sunrise. With closed eyes, facing east, Seth asked him, “Do you hear it?” meaning the sun’s vibration or song. (I had read everything living has its own vibration, but that’s when I got it! I saw with my intuition. The eyes of my understanding were opened. An INsight.)
This week is the Medullar, Brow or, don’t close your mind (get it?), Third Eye Chakra. Frontally, it’s located just above and between the physical eyes. This chakra corresponds to the eyes and pituitary gland. In Christian teaching, it refers to the “eye” of meditation and reflection.
When open, you’re intuitive, imaginative, and decisive. You see your true self and actualize your life direction and life purpose.
If closed, there can be self-doubt, indecision, and distrust. Depression, sleep disorders, learning disabilities, thyroid imbalances, hormonal disorders, headaches, sinus and eye problems may develop.
The note “A” and the toning of “eh,” as in face, balance the Medullar Chakra.
For EXTRA vibrations and overtones, the same goes for sound healing using tuning forks. After striking the fork on your knee, hold it over the chakra for several seconds. Just because you don’t hear its sound after a few seconds doesn’t mean it’s not vibrating. For its full benefit, wait before striking it again.
The law of Cause and Effect govern this chakra. Listen to that still inner voice inside, guiding you to your full potential. Quiet the internal voices of other’s judgments, expectations, and “you should.” Identify the sound and desire of yourownsoul. Remember you’re a spark of the Divine!
To stoke the fire of your destiny, develop the practice of meditation. In our Western civilization, we forget that Jesus didn’t wear a clergy collar and He wasn’t Protestant or Catholic. He was a holy man from the Middle East, comfortable with its traditions. I believe His “prayers” were not petitioning God. He knew God was IN Him. I believe he spent quiet times listening and looking within.
Meditation isn’t a prayer meeting or worship session; nor is it petitioning for needs and wants. From our youth, we’re encouraged to explore, pursue, and conquer the outside world. As we mature, we realize the undiscovered country of our soul. The noise of the world can drown out the gentle whispers of your soul Identity.
“Meditate day and night….for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8) Tune in to calm, and His direction. Cardiac arrest- the disruption causes the (purchase levitra online) deeprootsmag.org heart to stop working altogether.
Star gaze, drink in a full moon, and camp under the heavens. Unite yourself with creation, that you may create.
Indigo and purple are associated with The Medullar Chakra. Wear indigo clothing and the gemstones Lapis Lazuli, deep Tanzanite, and Amethyst. (Amethyst calms the mind, enhances mental activity, and amplifies thought, increasing intuition.)
Eat organic blueberries, blackberries, and purple grapes. Drink R.W.KNUDSEN “Just Concord.” Grapes benefit the eyes, intestinal track, blood, and brain. They cleanse the liver and kidneys, and grapes can lift your spirits–an emotional and spiritual benefit.
Inspiration #3366 (5-ml at $79.28, retail) was used by the native people of North America, Arabia, and India to enhance meditation and spirituality. Diffuse for inspiration and to create a spiritual environment. Topically apply to the forehead and crown.
Diffused during the day, Dream Catcher #3330 (15-ml at $94.74 or $77.00 member price) can help meditation and help you visualize your dreams. It has also been used to keep bad dreams away. Topically, it can be applied to your forehead, ears, throat, eyebrows or neck. Let those positive dreams shine through! Diffused at night, Z-z-z-z…) https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness

After reading SoundofHeaven, SymphonyofEarth by Ray Hughes, I actively began listening to the “symphony of earth.” Ray clarified for me that all “categories, and forms of light and sound exist within the same spectrum.”
The first time God said, ‘Let there be light,’ (Genesis 1:3) He was also proclaiming the beginning of sound.”
The Cervical, Neck or Throat Chakra represents the spoken word, the right to speak.
In the front, it’s located at the base of the neck, at the hollow of the collarbone. Its spiral is rooted in the third cervical vertebra at the base of the skull. This chakra corresponds to the lungs, ears, nose, thyroid, and throat. Think about it
When open, there’s creative expression in speech, writing, and the arts. We’re integrated. We feel peace, express truth, and display loyalty.
My “right to speak” was long coming. Now, I’m adamant about encouraging children in their “right” to say “NO!” Don’t punish your children for saying no. Children ARE PEOPLE with emotions…just as we adults! LISTEN to their heart cries. They trust your overseeing of them. If you don’t listen, they learn not to trust.
If you’ve been silenced, sore throats and creative blocks occur; also headaches, insomnia, co-ordination problems, indecisiveness, depression, thyroid imbalances, infections, and more, may plague you. Do you experience a fog of confusion and doubt, like it’s raining on your parade? (I refer to this in the “Ingratitude” chapter of Part Three: Roadblocks of my book, HOWTOBETHEBESTYOUhttp://booklocker.com/books/6811.html)
Singing, humming, reading poetry aloud, meaningful conversations, the note “G,” and the intonation of “aye,” as in eye, balance the Throat Chakra.
All the cost will obviously included in the sale Go Here discount viagra.
Humming is a God-given benefit of vocal cord speech. Do you know the frequency of a cat’s purr facilitates healing in them? Aside from decreasing depression and lowering your blood pressure, there’s also a health benefit to your critters of be stroked, held, and loved!
As Solomon stated, “there’s nothing new under the sun.”
“Healing through frequency is not new! John Wesley, founder of Methodism, experimented with a “machine” to heal people. He used a direct current voltage-regulator (a battery) to heal. He recorded many occasions where he “electrified people” and claimed to have helped thousands. He felt healing needed to include prayer. His journals record numerous miracles of God’s healing through prayer. He even prayed for his horse once, and the horse was healed. He had special compassion on those who needed healing and even dispensed medicine from his chapels.”-Kari Browning
“Electrified?” Maybe receiving shocks from door knobs and carpet is beneficial. It certainly stimulates vocalization from me!
Whatever balancing method you choose, sound is the energy of all things. Sound can heal wounded hearts, release pain, reduce stress, elevate mood, and w-a-y more.
The color blue is associated with the Throat Chakra. As you have learned, to assist in balancing energy: Wear it. Look at it. Eat it.
Blue is a unisex color. Holding my turquoise, blue topaz, or aquamarine-adorned hand out in front of my eyes makes me say, “Uh-hum!” See, I’m hummm-ing. (Turquoise and Aquamarine stimulate self-expression and help communicate compassionately.)
As for eating it, besides blueberries, bilberries, and blue-scaled fish, there aren’t many naturally occurring blue foods. (Blue M & M’s and blue Skittles don’t count!) In fact, the color blue is an appetite suppressant. Some dietitians even suggest eating on a blue plate, and replacing your refrigerator light with a blue light. For our ancient ancestors, blue food was a warning: poisonous!
Decrees: “I speak my truth. I speak up for me. My voice is heard.”
Directly applied on area of concern, Myrrh#3593 (15 ml at $85.20, $64.75 member price) is an excellent remedy for oral hygiene problems: throat, mouth, and gum irritations.
When diffused, Brain Power#3313 (5 ml at $85.20 or $64.75 member price) helps concentration and focus, clearing the confusion of “brain fog.” When applied to the lneck, throat or under the nose, it is uplifting to the emotions. King David lived and ruled from his heart. “…a man after God’s own heart.” (I Samuel 13:14) I interpret this to say: David’s full-hearted, awareness of God’s heart led him. He listened to his heart’s intuition: its instruction. He kept the “eyes of his heart” (Eph. 1:18) open for understanding.
Howard Martin, co-author of The Heart Math Solution, a clinical research and educational program on emotional physiology and self-regulation, says their research has shown that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. He says, “The longest journey we take is from our head to our heart.” (18 inches).
The Dorsal, Thoracic or Heart Chakra powers the soul/heart connection of relationships—the unifying energy of love and compassion to overcome alienation and division. This chakra is located between the breasts, in the center of the breastbone. Its location along the spinal column is the first thoracic vertebra between and below the shoulder blades. It relates to the thymus, heart, and circulation.
When the heart center is open, there is self-control and the ability to accept oneself. Love, compassion, and empathy are felt for others, as well as feelings of joy, inner peace, forgiveness, and trust. When blocked or closed, there can be a sense of separation from others; intimacy and commitment issues, misunderstandings, anger, distrust, and passivity may ensue.
Physical imbalances manifested can be heart, lung, and breathing disorders, breast cancer, high blood pressure, and immune system problems.
This will surprise many of you: the color green stimulates the heart. (Remember, red is associated with will-power, self-confidence, and courage.) So, go GREEN, as Kermit would say! It makes the earth happy, too.
An encouraging touch, pat, or hug is heart-centered. Do you know that a twenty-second hug releases the neurotransmitter Oxytocin, nature’s antidepressant? And, holding someone’s hand is, you know, special.
Volunteer at a nursery. Holding and feeding babies is healing for you both!!
If you’ve ever watched “Fantasia,” midway through is an introduction to the sound track. Each instrument note is illustrated with a vibration and a color. I can’t verify that the colors or vibrations illustrated are correct, though there ARE therapeutic benefits from each note for specific organs! Hmmm.
Vibration=Color=Chakra=Organ=Function
Does your body groan or sing?
We’re all familiar with the calming benefits of music therapy. More specifically, the note “F” and the intonation (toning) of “ah,” as in la, balance the heart chakra. Humming is similar. You begin with this vowel sound and finish with your mouth closed. Naturally, the “m-m-m” sound is produced. (Does “Amen” ring a bell?)
One paramount thing to recall is http://secretworldchronicle.com/2018/03/ acquisition de viagra the point at which you age,’ says Kenton.
In the book, ProofofHeaven, documenting his out-of-body experience from brain death, Dr. Eben Alexander testifies of hearing melodies and an “OM” sound filling, penetrating, and permeating the Universe. This sound is believed to be universal for healing. And, you can hum-m-m-m anywhere!
The Law of Giving and Taking governs the heart chakra. Love takes many forms as we progress through life: parent to child, grown child to lover and/or spouse, and grown child/parent to child again. We give love to another, and they receive the love that’s given. Just as your physical heart receives blood, then oxygenates it and pumps it back out to your body, your emotional heart stays healthy by receiving and giving love.
Do you desire remembering your heart songs, your joy? My joy is walking with you into your transformation! Email, text, or message me for your life upgrade. Until, Affirm: “I love Me. I am love. I forgive. I am forgiveness.”
When shut down to receive or give love, diffusing Young Living’s Essential Oil Joy #3372 (15 ml at $54.93 OR $41.75 member price) promotes self-love and feelings of being loved. It can also be rubbed on the heart and on the heart chakra.
Diffused, applied over the heart or on the wrists, YL’s Acceptance #3303 (5 ml at $52.30 or $39.75 member price) promotes feelings of acceptance for self and others, helping to relieve the urge to push people away.
And, when applied over the heart, Aroma Life#3306 (15 ml at $62.83 or $47.75 member price) has been found to help the cardiovascular, lymphatic, and circulatory systems stay well. https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness

During WWII, Eleanor Roosevelt suggested, “Do one scary thing a day.” By “scary,” she didn’t mean playing chicken with an oncoming car. She was suggesting learning something new—a language, a sport, a musical instrument, or practice something you’ve learned and haven’t utilized. It doesn’t have to be difficult or dangerous, just different. Challenging yourself to overcome fears increases your self-confidence, self-worth, and personal power. I mentioned 3 of my fears in the chapter, “Facing Fears,” of my first book Views FromMy Chariot….http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html
The Lumbar or Solar Plexus Chakra represents personal power and will. When open, self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-control are actualized. Located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area, when it’s closed, digestive problems may occur (constipation, ulcers, parasites, colitis). Nervousness, feelings of powerlessness, and a victim mentality may distort feelings of worthiness.
The Law of Intention and Desire governs this chakra. Be conscious and aware of your goals.
“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are going.” ~Lao Tzu
Can you give your full attention and map out your direction to an unspecified goal or desire? Make clear your intention (or you may be surprised by their fruit), then nourish its seeds for them to manifest.
Mental exercises and positive affirmations can reverse negative momentum. Florence Scovel SHINN’s book, YourWordIsYourWand, is resplendent with affirmations for success.

It’s time for a “You say w-h-a-t?!” Remember Superman’s hands-on-hips stance and Wonder Woman’s twirl with extended arms, then hands-on-hips? They’re power positions. They portray strength and tell the body to produce testosterone. Girl Scout’s honor!
With shoulders back, position your feet about shoulder width apart (just sitting up straight with fists on hips works if you’re in a wheelchair), place closed fists on your hips, and say: “I AM STRONG. I AM CONFIDENT. I AM VICTORIOUS.” These are empowering affirmations.
The musical note “E” can open this energy center. Wind chimes tuned to E are delightful do-it-yourselfers.
Since yellow is associated with this chakra, stroll in the sunshine, invest in a yellow sweater, socks, or citrine ring. Add bananas, yellow peppers, yellow lentils, yellow squash, corn, and chamomile tea to your diet.
Use yellow essential oils, such as revitalizing and uplifting Lemon, #3578 ($14.80 for 15-ml). Lemon is researched to quell nerves, digestive problems, and gives a lift to emotions. Honk if you love happy! I start each morning with a cleansing couple of drops in my glass of water. https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness

“There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” –Soren Kierkegaard
This week is the Root or Coccygeal Chakra, located at the base of the spine or coccyx. It is connected to our physical self with survival (self-preservation and instincts) and security issues of relationships, finances, and food.
When the Root Chakra is open, we possess confidence, a sense of belonging, and the ability to stand up for ourselves. We demonstrate “backbone.” If closed or imbalanced, body issues—colds, fatigue, anemia, lower back pains, etc., isolation, depression, and constipation (physically and financially)–may manifest.
Activities relating to the physical world prime this Chakra. Jogging, gardening, exercise (and restful sleep), Yoga and Pilates, involvements with sports, and dancing help.
The note “C,” and the utterance (toning) of “uh” as in bug, help balance and bring healing to this chakra, as does humming. Sound healing can also be achieved using tuning forks. After striking the fork on your knee, hold it over the chakra for several seconds. Just because you don’t hear its sound after a couple of seconds doesn’t mean it’s not vibrating. Wait before striking it again.
The color associated to the Root Chakra is red: red clothing, red room color, red gemstones (ruby, garnet, red jasper, etc.), red food and drink: red apples, cherries, pomegranates, beets, and their juices (KNUDSEN is an organic brand that doesn’t add sugars). And, you can eat red meat. Ar-r-r! Season with Saffron. The hot spices of cayenne and Tabasco sauce will certainly plug you in to N-ER-G!

To help move forward confidently, diffuse Into The Future #3369 ($34.54 for 5ml retail or $26.25 member https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness), or “put in bathwater, apply over the heart, on wrists, neck, as a compress, and dilute with V-6 Oil for full- body massage.” (ReferenceGuideforEssentialOils-Connie and Alan Higley)
Though oils work differently on different people, by dropping one drop on each chakra (starting on the Root Chakra and working upward), diffusing into the air, or inhaling directly, Harmony #3351 ($91.78 retail, $69.75 member price https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness) opens the energy flow and balances ALL the electrical fields, and promotes physical and emotional wellness, among other benefits. For me, it’s a spiritual experience when something someone relates resonates deep within; even if it’s not an immediate aha, it makes me think, “Huh?” I count it as a spiritual whisper. Sometimes, it takes notgetting a concept to inspire questioning. You don’t know what you don’t know until you realize you don’t know. You know?
I desire my “conversations” do that for you. Stay open-minded. Each “next article” is built upon the last, with a week in between for settling and practice.
Usually omitted in the charted chakras is the Foot Chakra. It’s really the first and represents our foundation, the feeling of being grounded. It’s our ability to walkthewalk.
If the Foot Chakra is closed, you may feel ungrounded and confused, even tired, irritable, and unreasonable. Integration with others and understanding other’s points of view is challenged. In extreme cases, there may be destructive behavior, super-sized temper tantrums. As a result, people may avoid and doubt you.
If you feel uncertain, when life serves up lemons or, the other extreme, when mundane activities interfere with your energy release, the Foot Chakra may be/become blocked.
Any workout or increase in activity will help return energy to its status quo. Take nature walks (earthing/grounding), jog, or jump rope. Smell the earth. Play in dirt; gardening can be transformational meditation.
If your MO is a wheelchair, have someone assist you by placing your feet on the ground, even pound them against the earth. (Here are some “earthing” products that may be of interest https://www.earthing.com/ ) If this isn’t feasible, go quantum: think and envisioning yourself earthing. While you’re at it, you might as well Dance Like No One is Watching!
The color Brown represents the Foot Chakra. Wear it. Look at it. Eat it.
For having a perfect and definite erection a person must make sure that the blood is passing to the penis properly. purchase cialis djpaulkom.tv
As for “eating it:” eat root vegetables like potatoes and turnips; raw or boiled non-GMO peanuts; brown and black rice. Season with ground Cumin (get it?), and nutmeg. Treat yourself to dark chocolate, rich in flavonoids and can aid in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.
Remember brown molasses? Molasses (“light”–first boiling, “dark”–second boiling, “blackstrap”–third boiling and has the greatest health benefits) is made from sugar cane, sugar beets, sorghum, carobs or dates.I drowned my mother’s handmade biscuits with this hearty syrup.
Also, remember molasses is sugar. When something sweet calls your name, EAT FRUIT. Your body is communicating its need for sugar–natural unadulterated sugar for brain support. Have you noticed sugar cravings when you are taxed or stressed? Glucose prevents brain tissue scarring from these experiences. “Comfort food” is not “soul food.” Although, soul food does emotionally and physically comfort your body…the best preventative to taking drugs!
Concerning drugs, and the perfect segue into essential oils, I recently read this:
“While synthetic drugs are simplified, isolated compounds, (essential) oils are complex structures that vary slightly from batch to batch. This means that while pathogens such as viruses can eventually ‘figure out’ the simplicity of drug structures, they cannot adapt to oils because they are always slightly changing.” -soundconcepts by Kari McDermott
In other words, new strains of diseases reinvent themselves to outsmart the pharmaceuticals, aka “medicines.” Essential oils are products of nature, subject to environmental influences. Because their chemistry varies year after year, they inherently outsmart drugs!
By defusing and/or applying two drops on your wrists or temples, Young Living’s Essential Oil Envision #3337 (5 ml, $24.67 retail) https://www.myyl.com/4wholeness helps to renew faith for the future.

Any life upgrade requires knowledge, mindfulness, a decision, and taking action to change.DO IT! Color outside the lines!
