New Earth Mentality

Millions of children are assuming that everything is amazing and will always be that way.

Someone is in profound pain, and a few months from now, they’ll be thriving like never before. From where they are, they just can’t see it .

Someone who is craving to be partnered, to be acknowledged, to arrive, will get precisely what they want — and even more. And because that gift will be so fantastical in its reach and sweetness, it will quite magically alter their memory of angsty longing and render it all “So worth the wait.”

Someone has recently cracked open their joyous, genuine nature because they did the hard work of hauling years of oppression off of their psyche — this luminous juju is floating in the ether, and is accessible to you.

Someone just this second wished for world peace, in earnest.

Some civil servant is making sure that you get your mail, and your garbage is picked up, that the trains are running on time, and that you are generally safe.

Someone is dedicating their days to protecting your civil liberties and clean drinking water.

Someone is regaining their sanity.

Someone is coming back from the dead.

Someone is genuinely forgiving the seemingly unforgivable.

Someone is curing the incurable.

You. Me. Some. One. Now.”

I See Your Perfection

Grow in your confidence, courage, and self-belief. How? Answer your heart’s call.

I understand. I followed the path of least resistance, twirling a protective parasol of denial, wearing a veil over my eyes and hearing on mute. The coping mechanisms you have used and the person you became to get through your struggles, pain and trauma have served their purpose. You can now let them go. 

Allow me to be a sounding drum in our enlightening conversations. I will guide you in becoming the transformed rendition of your former self. You will understand the misperceived stories you told yourself, connect emotions interlocked in your experiences, realize their unconscious repeated patterns, realign with your purpose, and recognize your inherent value and worth. You will remember the sacred dance of your life, in tune with your heart song.

The Dwelling of Wisdom

“Tenacious: determined, committed, persistent…strong, powerful.”

With tenacity, we face missions possible in wisdom and integrity – honorable personal qualities.

“Stubborn – dogged determination not to change one’s attitude or position.”

Stubborn is a need to be right.

It is an emotional battle of the adult ego attempting to convince itself of its importance,

It is the inner child shielding itself from feelings of disapproval, judgment, imprints of not being enough, not valued.

When you hear yourself being “doggedly determined” to prove you’re right and know more than another or others, at that moment, allow your wisdom to acknowledge and your voice to confess, “I apologize. I choose to receive what your experience can teach me.”

Occasionally changing our mind – ideas, viewpoints and opinions –  is not a sign of weakness. It is evidence of elucidation, of personal and spiritual growth.

Have You Ignored Your Inner Child?

The belief that crying in the streets (protests) and clanking a bell or cymbal (demonstrations) is a transformative thing to do, is seeing through the lens of duality. Although we may have been financially or emotionally supportive, most of us have not walked in picket lines, literally stood on a “soapbox”/platform or participated in riots for some cause.

Judgments and “resistances” foster division and the lie: there is only one “right.” Everything else is wrong. Whether there physically or just mentally, those in resistance “movements” are usually throwing a fit/fighting against limitations they have personally felt limited by.

Can you, will you, acknowledge the fit your inner child throws is your unresolved reaction from feeling unappreciated, unseen, unheard, unimportant, unloved?

Can you, will you, accept the story your inner child believed WAS NOT TRUE? You only had a child’s perspective to form an inaccurate perception.

Can you, will you, allow your inner child’s pain its voice of feeling insignificant? When you feel someone or something has pushed your react button, will you take a moment, breathe and ask yourself two questions? First: How do I feel? (sad, anger, hate) Second: When did I first feel this way? You will remember something in your infancy or childhood and your healing journey will begin. You can privately resolve your own inner conflicts.

YOU GOT THIS!

Recently, I received a surprise visit from a friend I haven’t heard from in a couple of years: my Great Blue Heron. She (We haven’t been formally introduced so I choose “she” is a her.) first entered my awareness around 3 or 4 o’clock one morning.

I was in the midst of my physical, emotional, and spiritual transition, so I interpreted her visit as my sign to investigate her message to me.

In Native American lore, the heron embodies wisdom and patience. Herons are intelligent, resourceful, and very determined. They are at home in three elements: Water, Earth and Air. Comfortable in multiple elements, the heron will have one foot on land, and one foot in the water while breathing air (and air being its medium for flight) patiently waiting for its dinner to swim by. Comfort in multiple elements is symbolic of easy transitions. My “transition” was very challenging.

Transition is our Now. Life’s only constant is change. Life offers lessons of wisdom IF YOU CHOOSE to accept them.

When I touch my feelings (in ANY circumstance/upgrades/opportunity), feel my emotions, stay in my now, breathe inspiration in my tranquility, I CAN appreciate, learn from and love my life lessons. SO CAN YOU as you Touch Feel Stay Breathe Love.

LOVE – The Tie That Bonds

Do you believe the heavens are predictive, speak to us (stars, planets and heavenly phenomenon) and have stories to tell? Do you believe God IS Spiritual Energy and is in all? Let It Be Okay
