In fearful avoidance of another’s disappointment and/or anger, to one extreme, you become a perfectionistic Martha Stewart cook; to the other extreme, you self-sabotage your efforts undercooking, overcooking “burning” your preparations because that’s the way it is with cooking. When we see and understand what’s going on INSIDE OURSELF, we can step out of habits and patterns of fear-based reactions toward others. (E.g. blind prejudices, right/wrong judgement, criticism, accusation, anger). We can feel and extend peace and grace. Everywhere we are ease is felt all around. Let It Be Okay

Because I Seek, I Find

You know when you misplace something, you look and look and look and then, you find it! You always find it in the last place you look, right?
