The word “magic” continues to come up on my radar and this being Easter (on our calendar) is the reminder of what true magic is. What in us is waiting to be resurrected? What magic is awaiting in Resurrection?

Stoke Your Flame to De-Light

(This is a personal post I rarely share. Enjoy.)

Delight! I have felt delight all evening.

I prioritized today as my cooking day. I made a tomato, onion and black olive quiche with cashew milk. (for a few of my breakfasts and I freeze pieces for later.) For dinner, I prepared spaghetti (Soba noodles) with tomato, basil and garlic spaghetti sauce topped off with shredded white cheddar cheese.

My cosmic niece felt the importance of *looking into a fire today (*My interpretation at the end), which was perfect for the cold snap we always have within a couple of weeks of Easter. So, my sisterAwaken built one and sent a video to share with me.

I served myself a plate of spaghetti with dilly beans on the side, lit a candle, turned on my “fire,” poured a glass of red wine and bathed in delight.

I have enjoyed and am grateful for the ease and delight of simply Be-ing today.

Because I Seek, I Find

You know when you misplace something, you look and look and look and then, you find it! You always find it in the last place you look, right?

For many years, I looked outside of me for answers. In the past decade, I realized I AM the answer. My heart remembers and is listening for my knock. I have had many emotional layers to feel through and rocky experiences to turn over and examine. What a beautiful landscape I am creating from the seeming rubble and debris. I encourage myself in believing, “I have the answer because I have the query.” Because I seek, I find.
