Love Is Energy

I keep harping on the importance of thoughts; reason being that research varies about mental processing for “advertising message retention.”

To positively influence the purchase of a brand/product (in my case, an idea, a thought) some say that “viewers” will forget a message unless it’s often (up to 20 times) repeated.

So, I’m “reiterating” for your health: love. Let judgment go! Holding on to past offenses wrecks havoc on mental AND physical health.

While innocently going about your daily routine, is it not rude for the memory of another’s past action, word, or “imagined offense” to menacingly pop up on your mental screen?! How dare your thoughts! But really, it’s a heart thing.

Out walking, a group of monks were practicing monastic silence, and mindfulness—being aware. Approaching a muddy watery bridge, they came upon a young woman dressed in a kimono, hesitant to cross over. So, one of the monks picked her up and carried her across.

Four hours later, one of the other monks broke his silence with, “You shouldn’t have done that.”

“What?” asked the monk.

“You know we’re not to touch women.”

“Are you still carrying her? I put her down 4 hours ago.”

By dwelling in the past for 4 hours, mentally ruminating the compassionate monk’s action, the judgmental monk not only sacrificed his peace and joy, but also the afforded delights along the way.

AFFIRM: “I am a conduit of forgiveness. My gift is love.”

              LOVE

LOVE

Be A Friend to Yourself

Did you know that in fetal development the heart forms and starts beating BEFORE the brain is developed?

And, did you know that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart? Hmmm.

If you’re wound tight trying to stay in control of minutia, pause, close your eyes, take a long deep breath, and slowly exhale. Listen for and feel your heart.

Say, “Thank you.”

Journey to Wholeness X-Intuition

I think Intuition is Wisdom’s child.

Remember the 1998 movie, “City of Angels?” Angel Seth took his new friend/past angel to the angel’s gathering place on the beach to watch the sunrise. With closed eyes, facing east, Seth asked him, “Do you hear it?” meaning the sun’s vibration or song. (I had read about everything living having its own vibration, but that’s when I got it! I saw with my intuition. The eyes of my understanding were opened. An INsight.)

This week is the Medullar, Brow or, don’t close your mind (get it?), Third Eye Chakra. Frontally, it’s located just above and between the physical eyes. This chakra corresponds to the eyes and pituitary gland. In Christian teaching, it refers to the “eye” of reason, meditation, and reflection.

Here is our discriminative cognition. When open, your intuition, imagination, and ability to make decisions in unimpeded. You’re able to release hidden, negative thoughts. You see your true self and actualize your life direction and life purpose.

If closed, there is self-doubt, indecision, poor decisions, and distrust. Depression, sleep disorders and nightmares, learning disabilities, thyroid imbalances, infections, hormonal disorders, headaches and, sinus and eye problems.

The note “A” and the toning of “eh,” as in face, balance the Medullar Chakra.

For EXTRA vibrations and overtones, the same goes for sound healing using tuning forks. After striking the fork on your knee, hold it over the chakra for several seconds. Just because you don’t hear its sound after a few seconds doesn’t mean it’s not vibrating. For its full benefit, wait before striking it again.

The law of Cause and Effect govern this chakra. Listen to that still inner voice inside, guiding you to your full potential. Quiet the internal voices of other’s judgments, expectations, and “you should.” Identify the sound and desire of your own soul—to remember that you’re a spark of the Divine.

To stoke the fire of your destiny, develop the practice of meditation. For many, an explanation of meditation has to be given to Christians.

In our Western civilization, we forget that Jesus didn’t wear a clergy collar and wasn’t Protestant or Catholic. He was a holy man from the Middle East, comfortable with its traditions. I believe His “prayers” were not petitioning God. He knew God was in him. I believe he spent quiet times listening and looking within.

Meditation isn’t a prayer meeting or worship session; nor is it petitioning for needs and wants. From our youth, we’re encouraged to explore, pursue, and conquer the outside world. As we mature, we realize the undiscovered country of our soul. The noise of the world can drown out the gentle whispers of your soul Identity. Who are You?

“Meditate day and night….for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8) Tune in to calm, and His direction.

Star gaze, drink in a full moon, and camp under the heavens. Unite yourself with creation, that you may create.

Indigo and purple are associated with The Medullar Chakra. Wear indigo clothing and the gemstones Lapis Lazuli, deep Tanzanite, and Amethyst. (Amethyst calms the mind, enhances mental activity, and amplifies thought, increasing intuition.)

Eat organic blueberries, blackberries, and purple grapes. Drink R.W.KNUDSEN “Just Concord.” Grapes benefit the eyes, intestinal track, blood, and brain. They cleanse the liver and kidneys, and grapes can lift your spirits–an emotional and spiritual benefit.

Inspiration #3366 (5-ml at $79.28, retail) was used by the native people of North America, Arabia, and India to enhance meditation and spirituality. Diffuse for creating a spiritual environment and when seeking inspiration. Topically apply to the forehead, and crown.

Diffused during the day, Dream Catcher #3330 (15-ml at $94.74 or $77.00 member price) can help meditation and help you visualize your dreams. It has also been used to keep bad dreams away. Journey to Wholeness IX-The Right to Speak

After reading Sound of Heaven, Symphony of Earth by Ray Hughes, I actively began listening to the “symphony of earth.” Ray clarified for me that all “categories, and forms of light and sound exist within the same spectrum.”

INVISIBLE ENERGY

INVISIBLE ENERGY

The first time God said, ‘Let there be light,’ (Genesis 1:3) He was also proclaiming the beginning of sound.”

The Cervical, Neck or Throat Chakra represents the spoken word, the right to speak.

In the front, it’s located at the base of the neck, at the hollow of the collarbone. Its spiral is rooted in the third cervical vertebra at the base of the skull. This chakra corresponds to the lungs, ears, nose, thyroid, and throat. Think about it:

      ((((((((((((breath+vibration/frequency=sound=communication)))))))))))

When open, there’s creative expression in speech, writing, and the arts. We’re integrated. We feel peace, express truth, and display loyalty.

My “right to speak” was long coming. Now, I’m adamant about encouraging children in their “right” to say “NO!” Don’t punish your children for saying no, especially girls. Children ARE PEOPLE with emotions…just as we adults! LISTEN to their heart cries when they trust your overseeing of them. If you don’t listen, they learn not to trust.

If you’ve been silenced, sore throats and creative blocks occur; also headaches, insomnia, co-ordination problems, indecisiveness, depression, thyroid imbalances, infections, and more, plague us. A fog of confusion and doubt follow, like it’s raining on your parade! (I refer to this in the “Ingratitude” chapter of Part Three: Roadblocks of my book, HOW TO BE THE BEST YOU http://booklocker.com/books/6811.html  )

Singing, humming, reading poetry aloud, meaningful conversations, the note “G,” and the intonation of “aye,” as in eye, balance the Throat Chakra.

Humming is a God-given benefit of vocal cord speech. Did you know that the frequency of a cat’s purr facilitates healing in them? Aside from decreasing depression and lowering your blood pressure, there’s also a health benefit to your critters of be stroked, held, and loved!

As Solomon stated, “there’s nothing new under the sun.”

“Healing through frequency is not new! John Wesley, founder of Methodism, experimented with a “machine” to heal people. He used a direct current voltage-regulator (a battery) to heal people. He recorded many occasions where he “electrified people” and claimed to have helped thousands.

He felt healing needed to include prayer. His journals record numerous miracles of God’s healing through prayer. He even prayed for his horse once, and the horse was healed. He had special compassion on those who needed healing and even dispensed medicine from his chapels.”-Kari Browning

I love knowing more about being “electrified.” Maybe receiving shocks from door knobs and carpet is beneficial. It certainly stimulates vocalization from me!

Whatever balancing method you choose, sound is the energy of all things. Sound can heal wounded hearts, release pain, reduce stress, elevate mood, and w-a-y more.

The color blue is associated with the Throat Chakra. As you have learned, to assist in balancing energy: “Wear it. Look at it. Eat it.”

Blue is a unisex color. Holding my turquoise, blue topaz, or aquamarine-adorned hand out in front of my eyes makes me say, “Uh-hum!” See, I’m hummm-ing. (Turquoise and Aquamarine stimulate self-expression, helping to communicate compassionately.)

As for eating it, besides blueberries, bilberries, and blue-scaled fish, there aren’t many naturally occurring blue foods. (Blue M & M’s and blue Skittles don’t count!) In fact, the color blue is an appetite suppressant. Some dietitians even suggest eating on a blue plate, and replacing your refrigerator light with a blue light. For our ancient ancestors, blue food was a warning: poisonous!

Decrees: “I speak my truth. I speak up for me. My voice is heard.”

Directly applied on area of concern, Myrrh #3593 (15 ml at $85.20, $64.75 member price) is an excellent remedy for oral hygiene problems: throat, mouth, and gum irritations.

When diffused, Brain Power #3313 (5 ml at $85.20 or $64.75 member price) helps concentration and focus, clearing the confusion of “brain fog.” When applied to the lneck, throat or under the nose, it is uplifting to the emotions. Journey to Wholeness VIII–Heart

King David lived and ruled from his heart. “…a man after God’s own heart.” (I Samuel 13:14) I interpret this to say: David’s full-hearted, open-mindedness to God’s heart led him. He listened to his heart’s intuition: its instruction. He kept the “eyes of his heart” (Eph. 1:18) open for understanding.

Howard Martin, co-author of The Heart Math Solution, a clinical research and educational program on emotional physiology and self-regulation, says their research has shown that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. He says, “The longest journey we take is from our head to our heart.” (18 inches).

The Dorsal, Thoracic or Heart Chakra powers the soul/heart connection of relationships—the unifying energy of love and compassion to overcome alienation and division. This chakra is located between the breasts, in the center of the breastbone. Its location along the spinal column is the first thoracic vertebra between and below the shoulder blades. It relates to the thymus, heart, and circulation.

When the heart center is open, there is self-control and the ability to accept oneself. Love, compassion, and empathy are felt for others, as well as feelings of joy, inner peace, forgiveness, and trust. When blocked or closed, there is a sense of separation from others; intimacy and commitment issues, misunderstandings, anger, distrust, and passivity ensue.

Physical imbalances manifested can be heart, lung, and breathing disorders, breast cancer, high blood pressure, and immune system problems.

Kiss me

Kiss me

This will surprise many of you, but the color green stimulates the heart. (Remember, red is associated with will-power, self-confidence, and courage.) So go GREEN, as Kermit would say! It makes the earth happy, too.

Obviously, an encouraging touch, pat, or hug is heart-centered. Did you know that a twenty-second hug releases the neurotransmitter Oxytocin, nature’s antidepressant. And, holding someone’s hand is, you know, special.

Volunteer at a nursery. Holding and feeding babies is healing for you both!!

If you’ve ever watched “Fantasia,” midway through is an introduction to the sound track. Each instrument note is illustrated with a vibration and a color. I can’t verify that the colors or vibrations illustrated are correct, though there ARE therapeutic benefits from each note for specific organs! Hmmm.

Vibration=Color=Chakra=Organ=Function

Does your body groan or sing?

We’re all familiar with the calming benefits of music therapy. More specifically, the note “F” and the intonation (toning) of “ah,” as in la, balance the heart chakra. Humming is similar. You begin with this vowel sound and finish with your mouth closed. Naturally, the “m-m-m” sound is produced. (Does “Amen” ring a bell?)

In the book, Proof of Heaven, documenting his out-of-body experience from brain death, Dr. Eben Alexander testifies of hearing melodies and an “OM” sound filling, penetrating, and permeating the Universe. This sound is believed to be universal for healing. And, you can hum-m-m-m anywhere!

The Law of Giving and Taking governs the heart chakra. Love takes many forms as we progress through life: parent to child, grown child to lover and/or spouse, and grown child/parent to child again. We give love to another, and they receive the love that’s given. Just as your physical heart receives blood, then oxygenates it and pumps it back out to your body, your emotional heart stays healthy by receiving and giving love.

Affirm: “I love Me. I am love. I forgive. I am forgiveness.”

When shut down to receive or give love, diffusing Young Living’s Essential Oil Joy #3372 (15 ml at $54.93 OR $41.75 member price) promotes self-love and feelings of being loved. It can also be rubbed on the heart and on the heart chakra.

Diffused, applied over the heart or on the wrists, YL’s Acceptance #3303 (5 ml at $52.30 or $39.75 member price) promotes feelings of acceptance for self and others, helping to relieve the urge to push people away.

And, when applied over the heart, Aroma Life #3306 (15 ml at $62.83 or $47.75 member price) has been found to help the cardiovascular, lymphatic, and circulatory systems stay well.  https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness

Journey to Wholeness-VII “Solar Plexus Chakra (Personal Power)”

During WWII, Eleanor Roosevelt suggested, “Do one scary thing a day.” By “scary,” she didn’t mean playing chicken with an oncoming car. She was suggesting learning something new—a language, a sport, a musical instrument, or practice something you’ve learned but have never utilized. It doesn’t have to be difficult or dangerous, just different. Challenging yourself to overcome fears increases your self-confidence, self-worth, and personal power. I mentioned 3 of my fears in the chapter, “Facing Fears,” of my first book Views From My Chariot…. http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html

The Lumbar or Solar Plexus Chakra represents our personal power and our will. When open, we’re self-confident, in-control of our lives, have self-esteem, and exercise self-control. Since it’s located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area, when it’s closed, digestive problems occur (constipation, ulcers, parasites, colitis), nervousness, feelings of powerlessness, and a victim mentality distort our feelings of worthiness.

The Law of Intention and Desire governs this chakra. You must be conscious and aware of what you’re working toward.

The Road Not Taken

The Road Not Taken

“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are going.” ~Lao Tzu

Can you give your full attention and map out your direction to an unspecified goal or desire? Make clear your intention (or you may be surprised by their fruit), then nourish its seeds for them to manifest.

Mental exercises and positive affirmations can reverse negative momentum.  Florence Scovel SHINN’s book, Your Word Is Your Wand, is resplendent with affirmations for success.

Read self-help and informative books to stimulate this energy, like my Views From My Chariot  http://booklocker.com/books/6235.html and HOW TO BE THE BEST YOU  http://booklocker.com/books/6811.htm .

Enroll in a class you desire to take. Dance or take out the ol’ hula hoop!

Alright, it’s time for a “You say w-h-a-t?!” Remember Superman’s hands-on-hips-stance and Wonder Woman’s twirl with extended arms, then hands-on-hips? They’re power positions. Not only do they portray strength, but they tell the body to produce testosterone. Girl Scout’s honor!

With shoulders back, position your feet about shoulder width apart (just sitting up straight with fists on hips works if you’re in a wheelchair), place closed fists on your hips, and say: “I am strong. I am confident. I am victorious. I am in control of my life.” No matter the imbalance, this is an empowering affirmation.

The musical note “E” can open this energy center. Wind chimes tuned to E are delightful do-it-yourselfers.

Since yellow is associated with this chakra, stroll in the sunshine, invest in a yellow sweater, socks, or citrine ring. Add bananas, yellow peppers, yellow lentils, yellow squash, corn, and chamomile tea to your diet.

Use yellow essential oils, such as revitalizing and uplifting Lemon, #3578 ($14.80 for 15-ml). Lemon is researched to quell nerves, digestive problems, and gives a lift to emotions. Honk if you love happy! I start each morning with a cleansing couple of drops in my glass of water. https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness

Journey to Wholeness VI: Sacral Chakra (I Feel)

Oprah talks about life as a class. I’ve recognized its share of tests. Whatever your assignment—SCI, disease, assault, abuse, a loved one’s death, job loss, bankruptcy, divorce, whatever, don’t sweep anger, disappointment, and depression under the rug of denial. The energy it takes to fuel anger and unforgiveness wreaks havoc on our bodies, is emotionally destructive, and opens us up to spiritual confusion. (Did you know that anger affects your liver? http://www.greekmedicine.net/hygiene/Emotions_and_Organs.html )

The Creative or Sacral Chakra connects us to our sensing abilities, issues accepting others and new experiences, our sexuality, vitality, and creativity. ALL about our right to feel!

When this chakra is open: we’re social, compatible, have the ability for intimacy, enjoy a sense of well-being, abundance, and creativity. It’s energy fuels the creative force that enables you as an artist, builder, chef, crafter, organizer, speaker, writer, etc. It empowers you to create a life of love and abundance. Each day, you co-create your life anew. When closed: manifested imbalances may be impotency, frigidity, urinary tract problems, allergies, lower back issues, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, and eating disorders.

Jumper cables to help energy flow from the Sacral Chakra are water aerobics, aromatic baths, massage, or a “Raindrop Technique” by a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist (CRTS). After one of these, I feel relaxed, yet energized, and have NO back pain for days, although its benefits last for weeks!

The musical note “D” and decrees of “I listen to my gut feelings. I am faith, hope, and love. I receive with ease.” help stimulate sacral energy.

Orange represents the Sacral Chakra. I LOVE orange! I wear it, use it in accent colors, and eat lots of carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, oranges, and salmon.

Using Young Living’s Orange Essential oil #3602 ($14.14 for 15ml) for aromatic hot baths provides emotional support (emotional system), as well as support to the digestive and immune systems, skin, can be added as a food enhancement, and for water/hot tea purification/flavoring. Yum!

Young Living’s Essential Oil Trauma Life #6350 ($64.47, or $49 member price, for 5ml retail) is an oil blend that D. Gary Young, the founder of Young Living, created at Steven Seagal’s request for his work in hospital trauma centers. It can cleanse and release emotional trauma from accidents, assault, abuse, loved one’s death, etc. It may relieve anger, fatigue, and stresses that compromise the immune system. https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness

(Due to the fact that one essential oil contains hundreds of biochemicals, and that each person’s body chemistry is different, one essential oil can be used in many situations. And, because of their “strong bioactive constituents,” some oils should not be used on babies, children, or pets.)

How are you progressing on your journey? I’d love to hear your experiences.

Journey to Wholeness-V

“There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” –Soren Kierkegaard

This week is the Root or Coccygeal Chakra, located at the base of the spine or coccyx. It is connected to our physical self with survival (self-preservation and instincts) and security issues of relationships, finances, and food.

When the Root Chakra is open, we possess confidence, a sense of belonging, and the ability to stand up for ourselves. We demonstrate “backbone.” If closed or imbalanced, we may experience body issues—colds, fatigue, anemia, lower back pains, etc., isolation, depression, and constipation (physically and financially).

Activities relating to the physical world prime this Chakra. Jogging, gardening, exercise (and restful sleep), Yoga and Pilates, involvements with sports, and dancing help.

The note “C,” and the utterance (toning) of “uh” as in bug, help balance and bring healing to this chakra, as does humming. Sound healing can be also be achieved using tuning forks. After striking the fork on your knee, hold it over the chakra for several seconds. Just because you don’t hear its sound after a couple of seconds doesn’t mean it’s not vibrating. Wait before striking it again.

The color associated to the Root Chakra is red: red clothing, red room color, red gemstones (ruby, garnet, red jasper, etc.), red food and drink. Season with Saffron. Eat red apples, cherries, pomegranates, beets, and drink their juices (KNUDSEN is an organic brand that doesn’t add sugars). And, you can eat red meat. Ar-r-r! The hot spices of cayenne and Tabasco sauce will certainly plug you in to N-ER-G!

The “Golden Rule” or Karma governs this energy center. (Just in case you missed it…  http://conversationswithcynthia.com/2013/03/15/be-aware-of-karma-bang-bang-duck/ )

Use your body as a “choice determining instrument.” (Depok Chopra) Its energy will inform you of the likelihood of your choice’s ability to meet your safety need or increase the threat. Listen to your body “talk.”

The single oil, Sandalwood #3509 (15ml $14.80), has the umbrella effect of safety and security under it branches. To help move forward confidently, diffuse Into The Future #3369 ($34.54 for 5ml retail or $26.25 member price) https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness), or “put in bathwater, apply over the heart, on wrists, neck, as a compress, and dilute with V-6 Oil for full- body massage.” (Reference Guide for Essential Oils-Connie and Alan Higley)

Though oils work differently on different people, by dropping one drop on each chakra (starting on the Root Chakra and working upward), diffusing into the air, or inhaling directly, Harmony #3351 ($91.78 retail, $69.75 member price) https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness) opens the energy flow and balances ALL the electrical fields, and promotes physical and emotional wellness, among other benefits. It’s the best bang-for-your-buck.

Each week, I will progress up to the next chakra, one by one, to the Sacral, Solar Plexus, etc.

Journey to Wholeness-IV

For me, it’s a spiritual experience when something someone relates resonates deep within; even IF it’s not an immediate aha, it makes me think, “Huh?” I count it as a spiritual whisper. Sometimes, it takes not getting a concept to inspire questioning. You don’t know what you don’t know until you realize you don’t know. You know?

My goal is my “conversations” do that for you. Stay open-minded. Tune in, bookmark, or put an RSS feed on my blog/website. Each “next article” is built upon the last, with a week in between for settling and practice.

FINALLY, here we go…

Not normally listed in the seven charted chakras is the Foot Chakra. It’s really the first and represents our foundation, the feeling of being grounded. It’s our ability to walk the walk.

If the Foot Chakra is closed, you may feel ungrounded and confused, even tired, irritable, and unreasonable. Integration with others and understanding other’s points of view is challenged. In extreme cases, there may be destructive and violent behavior, super-sized temper tantrums. As a result, people may avoid and doubt you.

When fear rocks your world with uncertainty of the future, when life seems to be too much to handle, or the other extreme, when mundane activities interfere with your energy release, the Foot Chakra may become blocked.

Any workout or increase in activity will help return energy to its status quo. Take nature walks, jog, or jump rope. Smell the earth.

If your MO is a wheelchair, have someone assist you by placing your feet on the ground, even pound them against the earth. (Here are some “earthing” products that may be of interest https://www.earthing.com/ ) If this isn’t feasible, go quantum: think and envisioning yourself earthing. While you’re at it, you might as well Dance Like No One is Watching!

Brown represents the Foot Chakra. Wear it. Look at it. Eat it.

As for “eating it:” root vegetables like potatoes and turnips; raw or boiled non-GMO peanuts; brown and black rice. Season with ground Cumin (get it?), and nutmeg. Don’t forget to have some dark chocolate, rich in flavonoids and can aid in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. When I want something sweeter, I go for unsulfured molasses. One tablespoon meets 20% of the RDA for calcium and iron!

Reading the inserts is the best preventative to taking drugs. Concerning relying on drugs, I recently read this:

“While synthetic drugs are simplified, isolated compounds, (essential) oils are complex structures that vary slightly from batch to batch. This means that while pathogens such as viruses can eventually ‘figure out’ the simplicity of drug structures, they cannot adapt to oils because they are always slightly changing.” -soundconcepts by Kari McDermott

In other words, new strains of diseases reinvent themselves to outsmart the pharmaceuticals, aka “medicines.” Essential oils are products of nature, subject to environmental influences. Because their chemistry varies year after year, they inherently outsmart drugs!

By defusing and/or applying two drops on your wrists or temples, Young Living’s Essential Oil Envision #3337 (5 ml, $24.67 retail) https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness helps to renew faith for the future.

Applied to the back of the neck and on the temples, Grounding #3348 (5ml, $23.36 retail) https://www.youngliving.org/4wholeness  can help you cope with reality.

For any life upgrade, it requires knowledge, mindfulness, a decision, and taking action to change.

DO IT! Color outside the lines!

Journey to Wholeness-“Are Chakras ‘New Age?'”

I’ve received some questions about Chakras, so before jumping in this week, I’m quoting from David Stewart’s article, “Are Chakras ‘New Age?’” (He’s a PhD who authored Healing Oils of The Bible.):

“Chakras are not ‘New Age.’ They are Old Age being rediscovered. They are mentioned in both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The Jews even have a symbolic representation for the seven Chakras in their Menorah of seven candles, the center one representing the heart chakra.

The first thing to understand is that we all possess an electromagnetic field in which our physical bodies are immersed. Even the medical and biological professions acknowledge that human beings have, not only a physical body of flesh and fluids, but also a subtle electromagnetic field upon which their physical body is superimposed.

Physicians measure your electromagnetic (EM) field to detect problems with your heart and brain by means of EKGs (Electrocardiograms) and EEGs (Electroencephalograms), but they don’t understand, nor utilize, the connections of our EM bodies to our physical bodies in a way to provide pathways to healing. They don’t understand that physical maladies, conditions, and sicknesses usually show up as irregularities in our EM field before they manifest physically. They are unaware of the connection between our minds and feelings to our electromagnetic field and how the condition of the EM Field affects our physical well-being.

Chakras are electromagnetic centers along the spine of our EM fields. They are the dynamic, functional organs of our EM body, which is a template that causes our physical bodies to materialize and manifest as it does. It is also through the EM Field that our physical bodies are energized and are enabled to maintain a healthy state directly from God’s consciousness.

The Bible says, in both Old and New Testaments, “Man shall not live by bread, alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” (Deut. 8:3 and Matt. 4:4) The phrase, “By every word…” is in reference to God’s constant and continuous vibrational energy that emanates from Him constantly, which permeates the universe omnipresently, and which maintains us as living, conscious beings. If God’s constant attention on his created worlds flickered, even for one second, the universe and everything in it, including us, would vanish. (Psalm 121:3-4) It is that subtle EM field, a living spark of Gods consciousness, that ignites the life of a new human being at conception, that provides the pattern for the union of a sperm and an egg from a man and a woman to assemble into a complete body, molecule by molecule, cell by cell, into a completely ordered physical form. Without the electromagnetic blueprint enshrouding the developing fetus in the womb, the dividing cells would not know into which organs to differentiate and arrange themselves to form a complete, functional living body. Without the electromagnetic body, we would have no physical body.

When we die from this physical form, we become aware of our EM body, which is a body of light and energy.

Our bodies of light are usually not seen by us when we are living in the physical plane encased in flesh, but our etheric body becomes quite visible to us when we discard our material frame at death. The principal functional organs of your etheric body are the seven “chakras,” as they are called in Sanskrit in India. But the word, “chakra” in Sanskrit simply means “wheel.” This is appropriate since the chakras are all circular in appearance and contain geometric shapes and colors in their detail that could be likened to petals of a flower, spokes of a wheel, or points of a star. I prefer to call them “electromagnetic centers,” which are to our heavenly body what the various ganglionic centers are to our physical body. They are intelligent switching, coordinating, and routing centers for our electromagnetic (EM) bodies and perform functions that keep our physical bodies functioning in contact with God’s vital life force. Chakras are simply a part of our electromagnetic physiology.

We all have chakras or we wouldn’t be alive. To be fearful of the word chakra, or to be afraid to explore what they are and how they are a part of every human being, is like being afraid of your navel or your toe nails. They are essential features of your energetic anatomy.

Everyone has a set of seven chakras, be they Christian, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist, or whatever. Some religious systems recognize them and understand their spiritual implications and some don’t. But they are still there for everyone. The more you know and understand what they really are, the closer you can draw to God, whose essence is spirit. For example, in countries where the Eastern Orthodox Christian Church is prevalent, the chairs in the alter area of the church are narrow and have armrests that are high. When visiting one of these churches in Romania a few years ago, I was told that the high arm rests are for the priests to rest their elbows so they can close off their ears with their thumbs, shutting off physical outside sounds, in order to more easily hear the sounds of the chakras and commune with the Holy Spirit. They call it ‘sound meditation.’ Your electromagnetic field is simply a part of your human physiology.

Many people can see the energy bodies around others. Perhaps you have seen them yourself and weren’t sure what you were witnessing. Many can also hear the sounds made by the chakras from their own bodies (which I do).

Just as you can hear the sounds of your physical organs like your heart beating, your lungs breathing, or your digestive tract pushing through its contents, so sensitive people can hear the sounds of their astral bodies working.” ~David Stewart, PhD
